As a resale marketplace, prices may be above face value.

When can I expect my tickets to arrive?

Ticket deliveries vary event to event. We will ship tickets out as soon as we receive them. In some instances, tickets are not printed and/or distributed by event promoters until a few days prior to their event. Tickets are not always guaranteed to be shipped immediately however they will be in your possession before the event happens. If you have an issue, you are always able to contact your ticket supplier with any concerns regarding delivery.

Why is the price on my tickets different than what I paid?

There could be a few reasons why the price on your tickets is different than what you paid. One possibility is that there may have been additional fees or taxes added to the original ticket price.

Sellers who list tickets through our website are pricing based on perception of value for a popular event. These fees can vary depending on the ticketing platform or the event itself. More popular events have higher mark-ups. Sellers pay face value plus additional fees and/or have memberships in fan clubs that are cost based as well as paying for mark-up fees from other resellers.

Ticket prices can fluctuate based on factors such as demand, availability, or promotional offers. It's also worth noting that different sellers or ticket brokers may have different pricing structures or markups. If you have specific concerns about the price difference, it's best to reach out to the ticket seller or broker directly for clarification.

The event is days away and I need a ticket. What should I do?

Depending on how soon the event is there is a few methods of delivery accessible. Same-day delivery for an event tends to be reliant on email delivery. Local pick up and will call are viable options though less common. "Local pickup" means that you will pick up the tickets at a nearby location adjacent to the venue. "Will call" means that you will pick up the tickets at the box office of the venue before the event (usually an hour before). In some cases, Tickets can be shipped out to you direct.

The delivery methods are at the discretion of the seller and type of ticket. Some sellers will notate specific methods explicitly on ticket listings. One or more options may be available during checkout.

Upon placing a near term order, it is a good idea to get in touch with the ticket seller to confirm method of delivery.

Will my seats be together?

All seats are guaranteed to be together unless explicitly stated otherwise in the seller notes on the ticket listing. Seats that aren't together must be advertised as such.

Why aren't seat numbers listed for the tickets?

Ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers publicly for various reasons. One reason may be to protect their privacy (they may be season ticket holders). Another reason could be to prevent double-booking of tickets by multiple customers. The seats might be general admission, meaning that there are no assigned seats and attendees can choose their own seating within a designated area. Additionally, some venues may have a first-come, first-served policy where seat numbers are not assigned. It's always best to check with the ticket broker or event organizers for specific information about seat numbers for your tickets.

What happens if an event is postponed?

If an event is postponed, the tickets possessed by a customer will be valid for the new date of the event concerned. Please note that event postponement does not entitle customers to a refund of their ticket purchase. This is even true in those rare cases when primary sources may offer refunds for postponed events. Please also note that event cancellations are considered postponements until cancellation is officially announced.

What if the event is cancelled?

Cancelled events (including never-played sporting events) entitle customers to a full refund (not including shipping) of their order total. Customers should contact their ticket seller directly for further information about any proposed refund. Ticket sellers are the ones who charge customer credit cards and thus are responsible for refunds. Please note that some sellers may require customers to return tickets before a refund is issued.

Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

The ticket sellers who sell tickets through our exchange are not able to cancel orders and offer refunds. The policy stating that all sales are final is standard across both the primary and secondary ticket market. The reason for this is because tickets are time sensitive items with strict limits on their value. This means that returning tickets is not like returning shoes that could be used by another customer at another date. Ticket sellers may not be able to sell any returned tickets (i.e., they lose their entire investment) or may have to sell them for less money. The result is that the ticket supplier ends up losing money as a result of the ticket return.
